TrustWorth Advisors was founded on a simple belief:

I grew up inside a family-run manufacturing business. As a child, Saturdays meant walking through the factory floor with my father — observing operations, listening to conversations, and quietly absorbing how decisions were made.

Over the past 13 years, I have worked within our own family enterprise and have been closely involved in its transition toward structured growth and long-term continuity. That journey — of professionalizing systems, clarifying roles, preparing the next phase of leadership, and strengthening governance — shaped the foundation of this advisory.

Succession is not theoretical to me.
It is a lived experience.

Education and Perspective

I am a software engineer by qualification, which has shaped my structured and systems-oriented approach to problem-solving.

I have completed the Family Business: Managing Growth and Transformation program at ISB (Indian School of Business).

My 13 years of experience in my own family business which has transitioned into a Private Limited firm recently gives me a unique perspective.

My approach draws inspiration from leading Indian scholarship in family business governance, while remaining firmly grounded in practical implementation.
